ABOUT US...

     My name is Lance Wesch.  My wife Kelly and I (Hence the name KELLAN) moved to Mico about 5 years ago to get away from hustle and bustle of SanAntonio.  We absolutely fell in love with the Texas hill country.  From the sheer beauty, to all of the wildlife and insects, were proud to call this our home.  We also own and run a Dog Training business called Knine Training.​ 

 

  After being in the corporate world for the last 15 years I decided to step away and focus on us, family, business and our land.  So, we started our new venture Kellan Land management.  We want to be able to offer other families in the hill country the opportunity to enjoy their land as much as we do. 

 

 ​    We offer many services to help beautify your land at the best rates around.  We offer local rates for our area which includes Mico, Helotes, Lake Hills, Pipe creek, Bandera to Castroville. If you need site prep for you new home, have a washed out driveway, a site line to a deer feeder or walking trails to walk around your property.  We are the company to call.​   

 

 We offer the best rates available for the equipment we offer. We have one of the largest track loaders available with a variety of attachments.   If you just want to get rid of the cedars on your land we can just knock them down and pile them up.  Or if you want a more refined look we can mulch them on the spot.  We can also move and pile those pesky rocks or bring and smooth base for a new driveway or driveway that washed out after a big storm.  We also offer full day or half day rates.  So, if you only need a small area done were not gonna charge you for the full day.​
